Responsible for the development of partnerships and providing exemplary pre-sales service, the Business Development Leader is accountable for client satisfaction and the responsible execution of all project marketing initiatives at Key Marketing. Liaising and building trust and confidence with developers, clients, and suppliers, as well as managing budgets and timelines for a wide portfolio of projects, the Business Development Leader will provide leadership and coordination of the sales function and BD team, with the objective of creating a cooperative, high producing sales culture which supports developer client goals and the organization at large.
