The Opportunity

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for the overall operations of CCSA including direct or indirect supervision of up to twelve staff and various consultants involved in training activities throughout the year. The Executive Director provides vision, leadership and oversight at both the strategic and operational levels of CCSA to ensure that members of CCSA receive value now and into the future. The position involves the coordination of the overall activities and business affairs of the organization. The Executive Director ensures that the provisions of by-laws, policies and procedures of the Association are maintained and enforced appropriately.
