Lynne is a Search Associate in the Calgary office of Davies Park. She is a builder of office culture, promotes and supports teamwork and works closely with the Davies Park partners to deliver superior results.

Lynne is a dedicated researcher and creative thinker with a passion for building a search network through candidate relationships and referral networks. Before joining the world of executive search, Lynne had a successful career in management with Air Canada, gaining considerable experience in employee relations and customer service, and travelling extensively. Lynne has always had a passion for matching up candidates and clients in a ‘right fit’ arrangement, first within the airline industry, then the Alberta tech sector, and now with senior level executive placements with Davies Park clients.

Lynne earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with two majors, Communication Studies and Psychology, from Concordia University in Montreal. She is a lifelong learner who learns something new with each research assignment, and keeps current with recruiting trends and human resource practices.

Lynne enjoys the outdoors, particularly hiking in the mountains and cross country skiing. She also enjoys biking along the many biking trails around Calgary with her family. She is a gourmet cook, an avid gardener, a die-hard Calgary Flames fan, and loves classical music and photography.
