Jen has been employed with Davies Park (Vancouver) since March of 2008.  As a Search Associate she is responsible for several phases of the search process including researching, profiling, gathering expressions of interest, evaluating candidates, and completing reference checks.  She is passionate about providing outstanding service to candidates and clients alike and maintaining the integrity of Davies Park’s processes.

Jen received a diploma in Performing Arts from Douglas College and is dedicated to lifelong learning.  She has completed several courses since then, including: Investment Funds in Canada; The Canadian Securities Course; Accounting; and Business Writing.

Jen is dedicated to health and fitness and routinely participates in half marathons and triathlons.  Previously she volunteered weekly with Vancouver Coastal Health in the ‘Friendly Visitor’ program.
