Greg Longster is a Partner in the Vancouver office and was instrumental in opening its doors in November 2007. He is responsible for business development, client management, and full execution of the search process.

His extensive background in strategic sales management, marketing, communications, and business development are definite assets for an executive recruitment role. From his prior management capacities, Greg has firsthand experience in most elements of human resource management.

He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree with majors in Marketing and Finance from the University of Saskatchewan, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Royal Roads University with a specialization in Executive Management. Greg has over 15 years in senior and executive management positions in the financial services industry, with the last four years focused on national responsibilities.

Greg is the past Chair and still current member of the Marketing Association for Credit Unions and a member of the BC HRMA. He is a competitive squash player and an active member of the Jericho Tennis Club in Vancouver.
