Davies Park - Statement of Ethics & Business Practices
The Davies Park policy on Ethics and Business Practices ensures that Davies Park, and all who represent the company, operate according to the highest standard of professional conduct in three broad areas:

Client Interests

Davies Park will place the best interests of the client above all others. Each member of our staff will protect the affairs of our constituents and show courtesy and integrity in all dealings with our clients, candidates, and the public.

Our clients' privacy is paramount: staff will treat all client information that is not public knowledge as confidential, will restrict its access by unauthorized people, and will not share proprietary or privileged information with any other party without the client's expressed permission.

Davies Park staff will avoid conflicts of interest, or the appearance of such, and will disclose to a client any circumstances or interests that might influence their judgment and objectivity.

Davies Park will accept only those assignments we are qualified and strategically positioned to complete, and will only assign staff with the requisite expertise.
