Elizabeth has been a key player in the growth and ongoing operation and management of Davies Park, since 1996. Jointly with her partners, Elizabeth is responsible for business development, the management of client relationships and the execution of executive search assignments.

Elizabeth has concentrated her professional activities on executive search since 1989. Her commitment to excellence and relentless pursuit of meeting client needs, has contributed to Davies Park’s reputation for providing clients with outstanding executive search services. Elizabeth is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta.

Elizabeth has extensive experience recruiting senior executives to a broad range of clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. She has developed particular expertise in the recruitment of Boards of Directors for various corporations, as well as in the recruitment of senior academic, administrative and research executives within the post-secondary sector. Elizabeth has worked with post-secondary institutions across Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan and since 2002, has been a frequent presenter at President and Vice-President National Executive Leadership Institutes (NELI) offered through ACCC.

Elizabeth is an active community supporter and currently serves on the Grant MacEwan University Board of Governors, the Edmonton Symphony Society and the Winspear Centre Boards and the Dean’s Advisory Committee for Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Alberta.  Previous board involvement includes serving on the Board of Governors of NorQuest College and the Boards of NorQuest College Foundation, Capital Care Foundation and the Edmonton and Alberta Alzheimer’s Societies.

Elizabeth has many outside interests: golfing and hiking, which she combines with her love for travel; entertaining family and friends and creating memorable meals; attending theatrical productions; listening to all genres of music, and playing the occasional game of Bridge.
