As a Senior Consultant with Davies Park since 2004, Ardyce works with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and supports them in identifying top talent that will lead their organizations now and in future. This includes acting as the first point of contact, researching roles and professionals, interviewing prospective candidates for our clients and managing the recruitment process.

Ardyce holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Alberta and a master's degree from Royal Roads University. She has successfully worked on several executive searches in a number of industries in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

Prior to joining Davies Park, Ardyce worked in both Toronto and Prague, where she had the opportunity to work as the National President for the international student organization AIESEC Canada, and then as a Recruitment Coordinator for the ING Group, Czech Republic. Ardyce was also the Director of Fund Development with a not-for-profit in Edmonton that focused on youth career development.

Ardyce is actively involved in the community and is currently the Board Chair for AIESEC Edmonton's Board of Advisors. She is also an avid runner, ball hockey player, and no matter where her travels have taken her she remains a passionate Edmonton Oilers Fan!
