An experienced Executive Search Consultant, Anurag is an integral part of the Davies Park Leadership team. His background includes a master's degree from the University of Alberta and formal training in recruitment and hiring from Simon Fraser University. Anurag is a Certified Management Consultant and a Certified Human Resources Professional.

Anurag's career has been in management consulting and executive search. Since 1994, he has been involved in the field of human resources and management consulting, including executive recruitment, career counselling, and coaching. He has also provided advice to clients in areas of contract development and alternate compensation strategies, and has consulted in the area of change management in the past.

A strategic thinker, Anurag has been involved in every step of Davies Park's growth over the last 13 years, and has successfully built leadership teams of client organizations, one step at a time. He has recruited entire executive teams of various client organizations, and has identified and placed various Board members.

A true generalist, Anurag's focus has been on executive, senior management and senior professional recruitments. He has led numerous assignments for clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, including crown corporations, municipal and provincial governments, manufacturing, education, healthcare, energy and technology sectors.

He is also actively involved with Rotary Clubs in Edmonton and has sat on the Board of Edmonton South Rotary Club, and on various committees at the Edmonton Downtown Rotary Club. He is a former Board member of the Edmonton Chapter Board of CAMC (Canadian Association of Management Consultants).

Anurag is also an approved Organizational Consulting Project (OCP) Advisor to MBA students at Royal Roads University and continues to supervise projects and mentor MBA students in this position.
