Allan founded the Calgary office of Davies Park in early 1997 and was pleased to invite Mike to join him in 2000. As Partners, they are responsible to provide clients with a very professional, effective and personalized service through managing and overseeing the execution of each engagement.

Allan has loved the executive search business since the day he called on his first potential client. His professional and enthusiastic approach enables him to develop rapport quickly with executives and board members, as well as high profile candidates. He thrives on working with organizations in all sectors and of all sizes, from start-ups to multi-billion dollar entities, to match the perfect candidate into each important executive role.

Since 1997, clients in a number of sectors have engaged Allan to help with their national and international management and executive search requirements. He has gained extensive experience in oil and gas, power, construction and fabrication, post-secondary, municipal government, telecommunication and transportation.

Allan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and is a CMA (Certified Management Accountant). In 2002 he was honored to receive an FCMA designation from the Society of Management Accountants of Canada. Prior to joining Davies Park, Allan worked in senior positions in both operations and sales management with a variety of corporations.

Allan enjoys spending time with his family, including his three grandchildren. He is very involved with the community and has served on a number of volunteer boards.
